Delivery Area
The products offered on nivoraturkiye.com can only be delivered within Turkey.
It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this region.
Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the checkout process.
Shipping Time
Orders will be delivered within 7–11 business days.
This period includes the time required to prepare your order, issue the invoice, and confirm product availability — as indicated on our website.
Please note that these timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, an automatic email notification will be sent to you, provided that the email address entered during registration is correct.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the ordering process, the Seller will inform the Customer of the estimated delivery times and available shipping options.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected delivery method.
If free shipping is not offered, these costs will be added to the total purchase amount and paid by the Customer.

Delivery Conditions
Packages will be delivered to the Customer upon signature and presentation of a valid identification document.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left, allowing the Customer to collect the package from their local post office.
Delivery Issues
At the end of the online ordering process, and before confirming the order, the Customer is informed of the expected delivery date, based on the chosen carrier.
Deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days.
If this period is exceeded, the Customer must formally notify the Seller to deliver the order within a reasonable additional time.
If the Seller fails to deliver within that period, the Customer may terminate the contract.
Upon receipt of the termination notice, the Seller will, without undue delay, refund the Customer the full amount paid — including product cost, taxes, and shipping fees — using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Seller remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the Customer.
The Customer is reminded that they have three (3) days from delivery to report any damage or partial loss to the carrier.
